New Team Member
DeSanctis Insurance Agency is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan K. Prentis as an Account Executive.
Ryan brings over 10 years of industry experience to DeSanctis. He is a business insurance specialist with expertise in both the Property, Casualty and Employee Benefits arena. His focus is on the Construction and Contracting Industry with a general background for all types of companies.
Prior to joining DeSanctis, Ryan had worked for The Hartford as an environmental claims handler in Hartford, CT. He moved to Boston and worked for two years as a middle market underwriter at Liberty Mutual in Weston, MA. The last eight years were spent at a regional brokerage firm west of Boston. He received a Bachelor of Science from The University of Rhode Island with a degree in Environmental Science and Economics. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation from The American Institute of Insurance. In addition to his CPCU designation, he is currently working on his Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) designation.

Drivers License Renewal Reminder Service is Now offered
During a press conference on Wednesday, October 7th , Registrar of Motor Vehicles Rachel
Kaprielian announced that the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) has partnered with Sendza,
Inc. of Marlboro, MA to allow Massachusetts License and ID holders to "opt-in" to a License
and ID renewal reminder service.

DeSanctis Agency Notary Rules 2007
To all our customers who use our Notary Services. Please be advised that due to recent
changes in Notary Laws, and in order for our Agency Notaries to be in compliance, the
following requirements are mandatory effective immediately:
- Identification in the form of a driver's license with a picture ID or US Passport.
- The Principal whose signature is being notarized must be present and signing at the
time of notarization.
- Any document being notarized must be a complete document.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. As in the past, our notary services
do remain free for our clientele. Please feel free to contact our office if you have any
