Summer Hours
Please be advised that effective Friday, June 13th, 2008 we will beginour Summer Hours
of closing on Fridays only at 2:30 pm.
Our last day of Summer hours will be Friday, August 29th, 2008. After which we will resume
our normal hours of operation of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
If you are calling in bid bonds or certificates of insurance on Fridays, please call before
10:00 am so that we can get them out on time. Please recognize that, in many cases we must
obtain approval before we can release a bid bond and we must have adequate time to contact
the appropriate surety.
Also, please make a note; we will be closed Friday July 4th in honor of Independence Day.

DeSanctis Agency Notary Rules 2007
To all our customers who use our Notary Services. Please be advised that due to recent
changes in Notary Laws, and in order for our Agency Notaries to be in compliance, the
following requirements are mandatory effective immediately:
- Identification in the form of a driver’s license with a picture ID or US Passport.
- The Principal whose signature is being notarized must be present and signing at the
time of notarization.
- Any document being notarized must be a complete document.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. As in the past, our notary services
do remain free for our clientele. Please feel free to contact our office if you have any
questions.
